ESP32 support for Cleo

Using Cleo in a number of automation projects I always ran into memory issues. I therefore designed an ESP32 carrier board. The board replaces the Nero (picture attached).
In addition to vastly more memory and higher speed, I an now benefit from an embedded web server, WiFi, BLE, OTA program uploads, etc.
The Cleo library had to be slightly modified to support both Nero and the ESP32.
